Marinated pork collar skewers

Our marinated pork collar is our gourmet version of the BBQ pork you find on the street food carts, and delicious when presented as a skewer, but equally versatile in other recipes.

Marinated collar belly

Ingredients:

Pork collar

Oyster sauce

Chinese wine

Maggi sauce

Sugar

Sweet chilli paste

Tomato sauce or ketchup

Soy sauce

Garlic

Ginger

Amount:

500g

1 spoon

1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

1 spoon

1 spoon

Instructions:

1. Chop the garlic and the ginger and mix with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

2. Place the pork in a container and cover with the marinate. Keep it in the fridge for 6-8 hours.

3. Grill the entire piece,  brushing regularly with the marinate, over low heat for 2 hours.
